Return Window: You can request a return within [7] days of receiving your item.
Conditions for Return: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Beauty products cannot be returned if the seal is broken for hygiene reasons.
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product (e.g., a broken bottle or kitchen tool), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo/video of the damage.
Refunds: Once the return is inspected, we will process your refund via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 7 days.
